We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days (Free)
  • Express Shipping: 5–8 business days ($11)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or holidays.


3. How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


4. How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.


5. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can only modify or cancel orders before they are shipped.

7. What if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Cookingli is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
